These terms cover this website and the books sold on it. The site is run by DARKBARBARIAN - FZCO, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Buying from it means you agree to them.
What you buy
A digital book, a PDF, for your own household. You may print it and keep copies on your own devices. Please do not share, upload or resell it.
Paying
Prices are in US dollars. We sell the book ourselves, and Stripe processes the payment. Sales tax or VAT is added at checkout where the law requires it, so the total shown there is what you pay. A launch price ends at the time the home page shows; after that, the regular price applies.
Refunds
Within 7 days, in full, for any reason. See refunds.
What the book is, and what it is not
The book teaches old household ways as we learned them. It is general information for an ordinary house, not professional advice, and it does not replace an electrician, a plumber, a pest-control professional, a doctor or a lawyer. Follow the label on anything you buy, follow local codes and your lease, test a hidden spot first, and never mix cleaning products. You decide what to do in your house, and you do it at your own risk.
The savings
The dollar figures on this site are estimates worked out from published averages, with the sources at the foot of the home page. They are not a promise: what you save depends on your house, your climate, your prices and what you do.

Jonas Byler is a character. The host you see and hear in the videos is AI-generated. The ways in the book are the old ways as we learned them.
Mistakes
We take care that the book is right, but we cannot promise it has no mistakes. As far as the law allows, what we owe you for anything to do with the book is limited to the price you paid for it. Nothing here takes away the rights the law gives you as a buyer.
