Refunds

Within 7 days of buying, for any reason, you get your money back in full. You do not need to explain why.
How
Reply to the email your book came with, or write to help@jonasbyler.com from the address you bought with. The refund goes back the way you paid, through Stripe; banks usually show it within 5 to 10 working days. Once a purchase is refunded, its download link stops working.
After 7 days
If a file will not open or a page is missing, write to us any time and we will put it right.
